Theoretical foundations of contemporary sacred art (II) Ecclesiastical Regulations on liturgical space
Main Article Content
Abstract
Presents an analysis of the new liturgical norm on the sacred space that followed the Second Vatican Council. Starting with the constitution Sacrosanctum Concilium, the instructions for its application are treated, going through diverse documents that project a space for the celebration, complementing with doctrinal and pastoral orientations present in the rituals. In the end there are references to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, which sums up an intimate union between faith, art and liturgy.
