Uma leitura alegórica do Ct 1: A imagem simbólica dos "seios" em Gregório de Elvira, Filo de Carpásia e Gregório de Narek
Main Article Content
Abstract
The Song of Songs is considered the supreme song. A great erotic poem in eight chapters, which has been the subject of many readings. The word “breasts” is named or evoked frequently in the Song of Songs, mainly through images and analogies. We chose to focus on the analogy of the word “breasts” in three authors: Gregory of Elvira, Philo of Carpasia and Gregory of Narek, in the light of the text Ct 1,1-17. In this work we do not want to present an apophatic and erotic theological reading, but an allegorical reading of the Song of Songs.
