The moral education of youth Between tradition and originality

Abstract
This article aims to concisely explain the challenge of the moral education of youth living in postmodernity and tending to reject tradition in order to live its originality as a way of demonstrating authenticity and freedom. The ideal is to know how to combine tradition with the originality of each generation, and for this we present a pedagogical itinerary that permeates the importance of the institutional element that, from the educator’s agent, must offer the transmission of theoretical and practical knowledge to awaken in the young the its potential for good; and second, from the personal element that is to take into consideration that the educator is the agonist and the learner the protagonist, since it is he who has to decide on his own life and choices from the instruments of discernment offered to him.
